Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Electrolux Dryer.
Regular Filter Cleaning
Clean the filters regularly to avoid excessive drying times and high electricity consumption. This ensures that your dryer functions efficiently and effectively.
Ensure Proper Ventilation
Ventilate the room well to ensure optimal performance. The room temperature should not exceed +35°C during drying to prevent overheating and ensure safety.
Cleaning the Drum
If laundry does not reach the desired dryness, clean the inside of the drum with a cloth soaked in vinegar. This removes residues that prevent the probes from detecting the correct degree of dryness.
Check for Obstructions
Uncover ventilation slots in the base area and ensure air can circulate freely around the appliance. Do not obstruct the front ventilation grille or the air intake grilles at the back.
Routine Maintenance of Air Intake Grille
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove fluff from the air intake grille at the back of the appliance to maintain airflow and efficiency.
